Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please provide:

Returning Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return goods purchased from Quiesto, please ensure that the original packaging is retained. We cannot accept returns or process refunds if the original packaging is not provided.
Mattresses
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty. If you wish to return an unwanted mattress that has not been opened, used, or damaged, a collection charge of £60.00 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
As mattresses are large and heavy items that require specialist transportation, we encourage customers to consider these potential charges before purchasing.
Returning Your Goods
Once you receive your order, you will have 30 working days to decide whether to keep the items or return them for a refund or exchange. This complies with UK Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling.
If you choose to return an unwanted bed, a collection charge of £60.00 will apply and will be deducted from your refund. Transporting large furniture items involves significant costs, so we recommend considering these charges before placing your order.
