At Quiesto, we are committed to making your return experience as simple and convenient as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return request, please contact us via email before sending or arranging any returns. Our team will assist you in confirming the return details and arranging collection where applicable.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Item Condition
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, ready for collection. Items that have been used, damaged, stained, or altered in any way may not qualify for a refund.
Collection and Inspection
Once collected, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return requirements. If the items are approved, your refund, including applicable delivery charges, will be processed within 5 working days after inspection.
Hygiene Reasons
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of mattresses, divans, mattress toppers, or mattress protectors if the original packaging has been removed or if the item has been used.
Assembly Items
Products that require assembly must be fully disassembled and repackaged securely in their original packaging before collection or return.

Step 2 – Collection
Where applicable, we will arrange collection of the item(s) from your location.
Step 3 – Inspection
Returned products will be inspected to confirm they meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
Step 4 – Refund Processing
If the return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 working days of inspection.
Important Notes
- Please keep all products in their original condition while they are in your possession.
- Opened or used mattresses, divans, mattress toppers, and mattress protectors are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- We allow one collection return per customer order. If multiple products are purchased, they must be returned together in a single collection.
- Items not packaged correctly for collection may not be accepted for return.
