Delivery Overview

At Quiesto, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable and convenient.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on eligible orders, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–7 working days, subject to stock availability, postcode area, courier schedules and circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch & Delivery Process

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed by our team.

Our standard process is:

  1. Your order is received and checked by our admin team.
  2. Your order details are confirmed.
  3. Your products are prepared for dispatch.
  4. Your order is passed to our delivery partner.
  5. Our delivery partner will contact you with delivery updates where applicable.
  6. Your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery may not be available to certain offshore locations, islands, or remote postcode areas. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery is free for eligible UK mainland orders.

Will all my items arrive together?

Where possible, items from the same order will be delivered together. In some cases, items may arrive separately depending on product availability or courier arrangements.

Can I delay my delivery?

If you would like to delay your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request where the order has not already been dispatched.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries usually take place during standard courier delivery hours. Specific times cannot always be guaranteed, but our delivery partner may provide an estimated delivery window where available.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If a delivery appointment has been agreed and you are unavailable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee of £45.

What should I check before delivery?

Before your order arrives, please make sure there is safe and suitable access to your property.

  • Staircases
  • Lifts
  • Room access
  • Parking or loading restrictions

We are not responsible for failed delivery where access is unsuitable or where incorrect delivery details have been provided.

Can I cancel before delivery?

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been processed, dispatched, manufactured or allocated for delivery, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Any damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photographs or other evidence to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
