All goods supplied by Quiesto include a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 3 years.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence when making warranty claims.
Our liability under these Terms shall be limited, at our discretion, to replacement, repair, or refund of defective goods.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 21 - DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
We aim to deliver orders within reasonable timeframes; however, delivery may take up to 28 days in some cases.
Delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur.
If a delivery date has been agreed and the customer is unavailable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee of £45.
Customers must report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery and may be asked to provide photographic evidence.
SECTION 22 - CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DELIVERY
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase may incur a cancellation fee of £60.
Customers wishing to return products after delivery must notify our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Mattresses may only be returned if unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after returned goods are inspected.
SECTION 23 - ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS
Products shall be considered accepted by the customer 7 days after delivery unless reported otherwise.
