5-Year Warranty Policy

1. Overview
At Quiesto, we are committed to supplying quality products that are built to last.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products supplied by Quiesto include a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty is provided by Quiesto, operated by Dream Craft Group Limited, and applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
This may include:
- Structural manufacturing faults
- Defective materials
- Faulty workmanship
- Manufacturing-related frame or component defects
- Defects that affect the normal use of the product
Warranty cover begins from the date your order is delivered.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, neglect or abuse
- Incorrect assembly or installation
- Damage caused by improper care or maintenance
- Damage caused by moving, transporting or storing the product incorrectly
- Stains, marks, burns, cuts, tears or water damage
- Changes caused by natural settlement, softening, fading or ageing
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations
- Commercial, rental or non-domestic use unless confirmed in writing
- Damage caused by exceeding weight limits or using the product incorrectly
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or second-hand sources
4. Mattress and Upholstery Products
For mattresses, beds and upholstered furniture, some changes may naturally occur with normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural softening of fillings
- Minor settlement or compression
- Comfort preference after use
- Fabric creasing or natural stretching
- Colour variation between batches
- Damage caused by unsuitable bed frames, bases or support
- Damage caused by lack of mattress rotation where rotation is recommended
These are considered normal characteristics of use and are not manufacturing defects.
5. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team using the details below.
You may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs or videos showing the issue
- A description of the fault
- Photographs showing the full product and how it is being used or supported
Claims cannot be processed without sufficient evidence.
6. Assessment of Claims
Once we receive your claim, we will review the information provided.
We may request further photographs, videos or details before making a decision.
In some cases, we may arrange an inspection or request that the product is returned for assessment.
If the issue is found to be covered under this warranty, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is accepted, Quiesto may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Provide replacement parts
- Replace the product with the same or similar item
- Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate
Where the original product is no longer available, we may provide a suitable alternative of similar type, specification and value.
8. Warranty Exclusions and Charges
If a product is inspected and the issue is found not to be covered by this warranty, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.
Where collection, inspection or redelivery is required and the fault is not covered by the warranty, reasonable charges may apply.
We will inform you of any applicable charges before proceeding.
9. Your Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
- Use the product for its intended purpose
- Follow any care, assembly and maintenance instructions
- Keep proof of purchase
- Report faults as soon as reasonably possible
- Avoid misuse, overloading or unsuitable storage
- Ensure products are used on suitable flooring, bases or supports
Failure to follow care or assembly instructions may invalidate the warranty.
10. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
It does not apply to products purchased second-hand, resold, gifted, or obtained from unauthorised sellers.
11. Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes your statutory rights.
